I love Wall-E.

Will Haven loves Wall-E more. Lots more.

WALL-E

Perhaps too much..

I haven’t quite decided how I want to approach this topic. I’ve avoided putting him in front of the TV for obvious reasons, but sometimes you just need 15 minutes to finish dinner or throw the laundry in the dryer. This is where the TV has come in handy a few times. No one’s perfect.

Well, now he yells for Wall-E (“Wah-ee”) in the car on the way anywhere, in the morning as soon as he gets up, as soon as we walk back into the house from where ever, etc. He’ll run to the couch, sit down and say “Wah-ee”  Sure, it’s cute, but it’s gotten a little ridiculous here lately. He completely zones out when Wall-E is on. Completely.

My kid is turning into a couch potato! It’s too cold to just be outside all the time…and if we’re at home he wants Wall-E and fusses if he doesn’t get it. Nothing else is good enough…Oh Wall-E.

Exhibit A

I’m working on a solution to this problem. In the meantime, we’re watching a lot of Wall-E.
